I am using this in my residence. It seems to filter well, however the filter cartridge itself develops rust in and around the water inlets contained in the housing. So, obviously it is not filtering as advertised. I use it as a pre-filter for my refrigerator as well so I am not happy about this issue. This rust eventually turns into sediment and becomes part of what should be perfectly filtered water.
