Outstanding service. Our garage door cable broke on a Friday afternoon. The team from General Door Services showed up within an hour, repaired the cable in less than 20 minutes and did not gouge us on the price of the repair. We highly recommend General Door Services.
Such great professional fast service. We had our door break off the brackets from a builder install. General Doors immediately had a technician to our house to repair the issue. He was able to piece back together the parts and reuse everything but a bracket. I honestly thought this was going to be a new garage assembly when the door came apart, so pleasantly surprised when they were able to do the repair. In the end making the repair super affordable. We will be using General Door Services for any future needs.
I had a door installed by you guys 4 months ago, it was installed incorrectly and because of that the door stopped opening after opening 3-quarters of the way and my wife hit the door because nobody assumes the garage door is going to be 1/4 open and checks before they leave the garage. Today in a mad scramble to drive our son to school our garage door wouldn’t open. We soon realized the spring had broke and the door wouldn’t open more than a few inches.
