Been using general distributing since the mid 90s. That's long enough to remember when customer service meant something to them. While I was complaining recently about the price of a k tank of oxygen, the manager got upset and said I didn't need to use them for my oxygen purchases. I agreed and took my business across town. Sad

General Distributing has always been easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Highly recommend this place for your company's needs. We had zero oxygen this morning and needed them to come as early as possible and they showed up 30 minutes after the phone call. This has happened one other time as well and we also needed a regulator attachment in the past because ours was broken which they had figured out for us to make our surgeries go as planned. I didn't get the guys name but went there today and this guy absolutely was spot on and corrected another's mistake , Thank You Sir You have a lifetime customer!!!

Our sales representative, Ryan Popovich, is always available to answer questions via phone calls and emails. Very knowledgeable on welding equipment and welding PPE. Great price, inventory, and customer service.
