We vetted 5 builders before taking on our home addition and renovation. Distinctive Carpentry was highly recommended by several families in our neighborhood who had used them for renovations so we saw examples of their work first hand. Distinctive Carpentry is fantastic. Josh Nelson is honest, fair, detailed, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, conscientious, and has a high work ethic. Josh and crew did a major renovation and addition to my home Wayne. A new kitchen, 4 new bathrooms (one ADA compliant), a rear house extension and an elevator. The job came in on time and on budget. The communication throughout the process was fantastic. we felt comfortable at every step of the process. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Josh and Distinctive Carpentry.
