Think of everything you want when hiring a contractor. That is what you get with Ion and General Cape, LLC. Ion gave me a fair quote the first time, showed up when he said he would, finished the job when he said he would, did an excellent job with the house and deck, and treated me and my family and my property with respect the whole way through. I would give 10 stars if I could.

A terrific contractor and team of skilled specialists providing first-class results at reasonable costs. General Cape is a one-stop shop that proved capable of completing every job on time, competently, professionally, and with a high standard of workmanship. I have used them twice now for a series of interior and exterior work- once in spring and again in the fall. I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly for any renovation or remodeling home improvement project.

We couldn’t be happier with the extensive remodeling work done to our house by General Cape LLC. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation throughout the final design and renovation work which included, among many things, the remodeling of two bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer), transforming one large living space into a separate a living room and bedroom with closet, installing recess lighting upstairs and downstairs, and the painting of the entire exterior. I had the pleasure of using General Cape LLC for 2 projects in the summer of 2024. The initalnproject was painting of our house. General Cape (Ion) arrived on time, work was very inptessive and very neat. Upon completion i was so impressed with the quality of the completedvproject that i dcided to have General Cape replace the carpeting in the master bedroom with hardwood. We had a wonderful experience, from prompt and clear communication starting from our initial meeting, to development of a well-formulated, competitive quote, to an amazing final product, we were so grateful for our experience.
