Prysmian group has to take action about their employments communication skills, with so many negative reviews about old lady's poor, rude attitude at the check in. Never come back!!!
Jody was a very cool guy. Treated me with respect and the other drivers that were in the office with me. I would come here again.
This is why people should not take reviews so literally. I read so many negative comments on this place, especially about the check in clerk. My experience there was very pleasant, they unloaded me quickly, and the lady that checked me in was not rude or unkind, as some have commented. My advice to some of you, is check yourself! YOU show up with a pleasant attitude!
There is an old lady that has a very bad behavior and talks rudely.
