My wife called the Hotel to set up a reservation. The desk clerk had a heavy accent and my wife could not under stand him. Unfortunately she gave him a credit card number and then told the clerk to cancel the reservation. In good faith we trusted he would. We were later charged for staying at the hotel, which we did not. The hotel staff has refused to refund our money stating we did not cancel the room within the 48 hours. One of their clerks has told us we must wait for the owner to come back into the county to talk to him.... read more
