They are not a good insurance. I had an.... Wait for it.....an ACCIDENT 🤯 and it was very soon after i switched to them. They treated me very harsh, asked invasive questions. About my son's birthday party and criminal history. Never have i EVER!!!! THEY WAITED A WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED. make it make sense. I paid out of pocket for my repairs and rental and tow. They haven't paid anything but they sure are trying to contact me for that payment which why??!!!! Would i continue the ... read more

If your office hours on Saturday are 10-2pm. But you take your lunch from 1-2pm based on your voice-mail machine information. Might as well have your office hours on Saturday 10-1pm? Guessing this is why you requested to call you back later during your lunch time? Weird I say.
