super rude employees not professianl at all maybe yoiu shopuld get another job if you dont like the one you have treated me like a number and also said if you dont have a Texas license they wont even give you a quote was some gilr on the phone so then i called back in hopes to talk to someone lese and she answered again so lame! would of liked ot give the zero stsars butthe optin wasnt there.

Impossible to speak to someone. They transfer you only to your adjuster who refuses to answer or call back. Incapable of anything.

This review is not about the local agency but the company in whole. Good luck calling and getting someone who speaks English to begin with. They are rude and have NO customer service training whatsoever. All they know is to refer you the the app and act like they don't understand when you ask for a supervisor. Only here cause of need, working on dumping The General!
