What an amazingly warm and approachable team. Called Ismail with what we thought was an alternator problem, only needing a diagnosis. He squeezed us in, tested for the problems and gave us some great advice. We've got a few project classics we're working on, and I literally am looking for issues I can get Ismail to work on.
