Car had to be towed in without me for a new alternator and battery, and even though he was fully booked I still received an incredibly competitive itemised quote within a couple of hours. Ismail completed everything quickly and was very flexible with pickup. Plus Ismail gives fantastic customer service and is just a really nice guy.
