Money hungry! Insurance paid and they still kept my money. I see multiple reviews saying the same or similar. Be careful with this company!
This place is a complete and utter scam. They demand their money up front. Promise up and down you will get reimbursed. Months will go by. They lie. They say they will handle everything on their end and don't. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Total scam. Months I've been waiting for my money. I told them I would submit the claim myself. They said "we will do it for you." Then magically your claim will vanish. Its a total scam show. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. You shouldn't either.
I could not disagree more with the one star reviews of this place. I had the most professional interaction with the staff by phone - they were polite, thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. And Dr. Christina Spitzer, who did the anesthesia for my procedure 7 months ago, was excellent. She called me the day before the procedure to get and give details, and spent time with me before the procedure to review everything. She was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I had no issues with the billing whatsoever.
