The guys came out to look over our existing gutters and where we had noticed some trouble spots. The staff at the office called with an estimate quickly after that. They were able to come out and do the job quickly. The estimate was less than what we paid because some of the trouble spots didn't need as expensive of repair as first thought. The other gutter company we called for a quote didn't even return our call. We would definitely use General Aluminum again.
