I have worked with General Agency for last 16 years and they have always been very responsive and professional. I also wants to mention Jason C who has been a great communicator and professional in providing us with group Heath coverage.
Went with my wife so she could renew her notary certificate after she had to set up an appointment. Wednesday she was told your computers were down and had to come back in today Thursday and she was asked to wait 20 minutes because of a meeting??! This type of behavior is unacceptable. People have jobs they have to be present for and on time ( so we can pay absorbent rates) and can’t continually wait on a company that’s failed to be ready to service people not once but back to back days.
