Rafael designed and installed our awning. We enjoyed working with him and the awning is tight as a drum. We receive so many compliments. Highly recommend
I purchased the Panorama awning from General Awnings LLC in July 2021. Everything arrived as described and I had it installed by a qualified professional. This month one of the slats mysteriously disappeared. It's high up and could not, nor would not, have been stolen. It must have blown off in the wind. I contacted General Awnings for a single replacement slat. Originally the cost for the entire until was around $350. They quoted me $87 for a single slat replacement, which I think is obscene.
