I got sold a generac system. It takes an hour on hold to get help. They won't pay technicians to do warranty work, so you get a bill. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I do service work everyday. I know if I treated my customers like these people treat me, I wouldn't have any customers. We're there protecting for president Donald

I applied and got hired on at $18/hr right before quarantine only to be left hanging with no response to the multiple calls a week and emails I made for 6 months. I was on the payroll and getting the eligibility for benefit/end of 90day trial period emails still though and other company related emails. I never got a badge so I couldn't go into work. I stopped by once to talk to someone at around 5 and was laughed away and told to come back another day. Even after that I still tried because it's hard to find anyone hiring now... read more
