I don’t even know where to start. I had a Generac NextGen generator installed in September 2025—and it has never run. One technician spent 21 hours trying to get it operational. He failed. We entered Generac’s appeals process, only to face more delays and shifting explanations. At one point, they insisted I install a 1-inch gas line and a Nordgas regulator.
