We went with Genea after struggling with secondary infertility for 18 months. They were so informative and supportive in a really emotional and confusing time. We were lucky enough to have 1 successful embryo on the first round and he is now here with us, being adored by his big brother and completely filling our hearts. Beyond grateful for the Genea Newcastle team and Dr Holland for helping us grow our family.

My friend is going through hell with these people and while she's too nice to say anything, I am not. They've neglected to forward results with her doctors and specialists and has been waiting for something as simple as her initial blood test results for over 5 months, and when she contacted them to get them sent to her fertility specialist so they could explain them to her, because this lot won't!
