My friend is going through hell with these people and while she's too nice to say anything, I am not. The team at Genea Newcastle were so wonderful & supportive every step of the way. IVF is a daunting experience, but we always felt well looked after & well informed during our journey with their clinic. We were under the care of Genea Newcastle last year for IVF, the care and support we received from not only Dr McIlveen, the nursing staff but also the administration team was outstanding we felt so support along the whole journey was never a both when we had questions. We were lucky enough to successfully conceive our beautiful little miracle on our first round, and have 1 embryo in freeze as well.
