My friend is going through hell with these people and while she's too nice to say anything, I am not. They've neglected to forward results with her doctors and specialists and has been waiting for something as simple as her initial blood test results for over 5 months, and when she contacted them to get them sent to her fertility specialist so they could explain them to her, because this lot won't! The team at Genea Newcastle were so wonderful & supportive every step of the way. IVF is a daunting experience, but we always felt well looked after & well informed during our journey with their clinic.
