I’ve been extremely unimpressed with Genea’s service. I have been chasing their finance team for over a year to receive a copy of my storage fee invoices — yet no one ever gets back to me. For such a simple request, it’s baffling that they can’t deliver, but they have no problem continuing to increase costs year after year for the same terrible service. If they can’t manage something this basic, it’s hard to have confidence in anything else they do.
I have been coming to Genea morning clinic over the last 6 months and want to make a special shout out to Canon @ Kent Street, senior blood collector. If you have difficult veins or not comfortable with blood tests I would highly recommend Canon :) Thank you!! X
Updated review: just got told my name, DOB, mobile, email, Medicare, private health number AND clinical details have ALL been leaked onto the dark web. This is a company that puts profits before data security and patient care. Is Genea going to compensate for any damages arising from scammers impersonating any of their patients?! Completely unacceptable.
