I had an excellent experience with Genea under the care of Dr Danielle Robson. From the reception team, sonographers, phlebotomists, nurses, day surgery staff, embryologists, everybody played a part in my positive experience by always showing kindness and empathy. Please avoid ultrasound appointments with Nurse Julie. She has long long grey hair and is about roughly 160 cm, with bright skin. in her mid-50 or 60 very passive aggressive. During an early-morning IVF ultrasound, I experienced intimidating and unprofessional behavior. This is not the best place to start a fertility journey. It is full of unnecessary stress. For example, they say “call if you have any questions,” but they never answer calls or return them unless you call multiple times. Another example is that I was supposed to receive a refund of the medical service that did not occur and my emails have still been unanswered. I am very unimpressed with the way the nurses, finance dept and doctors treat patients.

I have been a patient of this clinic for some time, and unfortunately the quality of service has declined compared to my earlier experiences. A few doctors I previously trusted are no longer with the clinic, and overall communication has become unreliable. On one occasion, I had an urgent question regarding medication during clinic hours. This company still uses a phone verification procedure that uses data that was leaked. That is, someone with this leaked data could easily ring up and get more information. Refuses to answer emails about this and why they have not changed the procedure.
