Choose another clinic and always get a second opinion. These guys have to work in real estate as they are selling well. But if you need health and fertility consultations - please, avoid this place. Their admin team pushed hard to persuade me to do unnecessary treatment asap, even before seeing the results. Other doctors from other clinics were shocked and said I’m not a candidate for this procedure. Incredibly unprofessional and stressful experience for me and my husband overall! I wish I had never gone here.
I’ve been extremely unimpressed with Genea’s service. I have been chasing their finance team for over a year to receive a copy of my storage fee invoices — yet no one ever gets back to me. For such a simple request, it’s baffling that they can’t deliver, but they have no problem continuing to increase costs year after year for the same terrible service. If they can’t manage something this basic, it’s hard to have confidence in anything else they do.
I have been coming to Genea morning clinic over the last 6 months and want to make a special shout out to Canon @ Kent Street, senior blood collector. If you have difficult veins or not comfortable with blood tests I would highly recommend Canon :) Thank you!! X
