0 communication, no apologies when there is miscommunication. Bad customer service, and data got hacked a few years ago and no apologies either.
I cannot speak highly enough about Genea and the incredible team there. From the moment you walk in, everything runs so smoothly and professionally. I have been with Genea for years and I had no qualms with the company until I received the dreaded email about being part of the data breach. As a result I chose to go elsewhere. My 1 star review is based on my recent experience with the company. I contacted them last month about transferring my care to a different provider, I was sent forms to fill out. In 2011, I was referred by an accredited Sydney IVF specialist to Superior ART Bangkok - a clinic that Sydney IVF partially owned and represented as operating under its own protocols and laboratory standards. A documented error occurred during the PGD procedure in December 2011. The error was discovered during a 20-week ultrasound in Sydney, resulting in an abortion in April 2012.
