We had such a wonderful experience with the team at Genea Kent Street throughout our fertility journey. The nurses in particular were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we dealt with was professional and genuinely caring, and we always felt looked after and supported.
I have just done my egg collection with Dr Mark Livingstone and I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received. He is an amazing doctor and truly cares about his patients and is surrounded by the best possible team. Everyone we have interacted with went above and beyond every step of the way. I have needle phobia and medical anxiety and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me during the cycle. I attended this clinic for a relatively short period when I was exploring the possibility of having a baby on my own. At the time, I didn’t know what my natural fertility was like or whether I would have difficulty becoming pregnant, which was why I sought professional advice in the first place. What I found particularly upsetting was the repeated emphasis on my age. You can expect the best level of care with this fertility organisation. Extremely talented and professional staff that treat you like an individual and are happy to answer your billions of questions. Really really good experience. We'd tried another company in the interim and we're shocked at the difference in experience. Genea is just such a high quality organisation. You constantly feel informed and like you have a plan, it has changed our fertility journey so much for the better so far. Highly recommend.
