AVOID THIS OFFICE! They are disorganized and communication is horrible. I should have known after reading the other comments however I gave them a chance. I arrived with my mom for an initial appointment at 12:00 pm, we waited over 50 minutes for the initial intake to be completed and then another 30 mins to see the doctor. Had my first appointment today that was booked a month in advance. Emailed them my insurance card at time of booking and was told it would be accepted. Arrived on time, provided my insurance card and filled out standard forms. After an hour wait, the office says they won’t see me unless I pay the estimated cost of service in advance due to my insurance plan deductible. I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Zitser, and I cannot express how relieved I am to have found such a dedicated and skilled neurologist. After struggling for some time with severe balance and head jerking issues that made it difficult for me to walk.
