My very first visit I was very happy and impressed by the staff office waiting room and especially Dr Zitser. Very professional and confident answering all the questions with lots of patience and explaining what exactly is findings are and explaining the options very clearly. Giving maximum attention do the patient with lots of patience. Secretaries at desk I found them very friendly concerned and helpful helpful including the office manager and the technicians downstairs. I would strongly recommend.
Doctor is wonderful. Receptionist service is horrible.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! I was referred to Dr. Zitser office. unfortunately I was disappointed by his unempatheic, unprofessional, rude, staff! they need training in customer service. they are going to bring his business down. I was referred by my primary doctor to schedule an appointment. before I could explain my legal matter, the rude unlicensed medial receptionist told me that I could take the the paper work home and fill it out and then call you schedule an appointment. why would I do that if I'm alr... read more
