I was with state farm for many years and not once did I ever speak with Gene Shieh or even hear from him. I would get a generic birthday card in the mail that was stamped by the front office person. I will say the gal that works for him is nice but you can tell she is overworked. Last time I called for a quote on a new auto policy and she seemed overwhelmed to do it and just kind of rushed through it.
