Much like others, we have had a horrible experience. We purchased a new home and Gene's Flooring did the vinyl plank installation as well as the tile work. Atrocious work for both. We had a representative come to our home with the builder to go over the issues. I even suggested fixes for the tile work that I had researched. 5 weeks later and three follow ups from us, and I cannot get any work moving forward.
