My car was involved in a hit and run and my insurance required me to go to Gene Messer Collision Center (Gerber) as their preferred provider to get an estimate. The collision estimator, Monica Miranda, was terribly unprofessional. I had first taken my vehicle to collision King for an estimate before finding out my insurance required me to have Gene Messer look at it first.
