Took my car in with some seals breaking; and driver side with too much wind noise, picked up car they had replaced seals by windshield and broken it, and adjusted my door, to where it makes more nice and now have to slam door to close; took back to get windshield replaced; and to have door seal installed; they now claim they can't do anything to the door, eventhough they messed with it and left it worse, now they claim it wasn't them and I need to take it to the a bodyshop, the clearly lack accountability and don't know what... read more

I always am super happy to take my car in to KIA for service. The team is always happy and helpful. The service manager helps with all my needs and makes sure that they check everything inside and out. The experience is excellent, the team is excellent and KOA of Lubbock always makes you feel like family by going above and beyond for satisfaction.

Thank you so much for your help getting my Kia serviced! Shoutout to Aja for being very helpful and welcoming. The staff were super nice, and getting my car serviced didn’t take long. They also send a video text message if the report on the car so you can see it for yourself. I Highly recommend this place!

I just moved to Lubbock and needed a new dealership for my new Kia! I was so happy to work with everyone in the service department that I did. Everyone was very professional, very kind, and took really good care of me. I usually don't care too much for dealerships, but I am actually excited to bring my Kia back for service here. I highly recommend Gene Messer Kia!
