Impressive how bad the service here is, my spouse just complained to me for the 5 th time about it. I don’t know who to vent to about this, but y’all need to great customers, and check them out promptly. I’ll be taking my vehicles elsewhere, if you want prompt service, best look elsewhere.
I went in to purchase a used car. The car I wanted to test drive was in the shop getting a part put in I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The salesman told me the car would go quick if I would like to put a down payment I could to guarantee it. If I changed my mind I could receive a refund. Easy enough right?
