My furnace broke down New Years Day when it was 3 degrees out. I called Equitable and 2 other companies for service. I received a call back in 5 minutes from Equitable and the service man was at my house in about 30 minutes. I still have not received a call from the other 2 companies. The service man was courteous and respectful of my home and pets. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I purchased a whole house AC Unit from them in 2010 recently they have turned over a new leaf on customer relations. They are one of the most unprofessional and unresponsive companies that I have dealt with in a longtime. Anyone can sell the hardware. Congrats to you, I deal with companies on a day to day basis and you have become an All-Star in bad customer support. Needless to say I am no longer a customer!!
