Just had one of the WORST customer service interactions I’ve ever had at a business in Maryland. I recently purchased a hot tub and was looking for supplies to treat the water. While they did not have exactly what I was looking for, I was able to find most of what I should need. However, When asking about a certain alkalizer’s strength (because I wanted to compare it to what I was recommended instead) I was talked down to and told that alkalinity and pH are two entirely different things, and that I will have to buy something... read more
