Sorely lacking in customer service.
They just want your money no customer service . I had multiple policies that auto pay with them and they forget to click the button on my camper to get payed . I was never notified or called. Didn’t find out till I had a problem. I have been with them for 20 years.
We called looking for a home and auto policy. Alex said he'd get back to us shortly. He never did. We ended up with a State Farm Bundle from a Brookings, SD Agency.
Great customer service. Very easy to work with.
They increased our primary home insurance from 2,400 to 6,500 in an instance, all of the sudden our house payment jumped up to a devastating amount hurting our family tremendously. After 14 years of paying them monthly for 2 property’s and 3 vehicles Gene Huffords American family insurance decided they no longer needed us. Be careful out there, and protect your money from entities that want to take it from you.
