They removed my monitor without telling me because my tank is underground. When they did that they didn’t tighten a screw and I lost a lot of propane. The lady that helped me in the phone laughed when i asked for help regarding a leak and informed me they don’t deliver at my address after that had already delivered and installed a monitor. Over a week ago my name a number was supposedly put on someone's desk for a return call. I've called Gene Harris office three times since, never a return call. I've been trying to buy a tank and establish service since early December. I was a customer at another address over ten years. I'm done, don't do business with these people..
