Called the office because of issues with claims department and their towing services Agero and they couldn't help me. I was brushed off to" well that's a claims issue can't help you sir." given the same number I had already contacted and told have a nice day. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and has me strongly questioning what the point of having a state farm insurance agent and what they are actually good for. I'm questioning 15$ a month I'm saving from switching from Allstate isn't much of a bargain.

The staff is so professional but they also entertained me & my grandson during the visit which made it family oriented. I have been with them over 24 years!
