They kept my car for two days while I continuously called trying to get an update. When I finally got in touch someone they told me I needed transmission service but that they dont have anyone who works on transmissions. Needless to say they wont be getting anymore of my business.
One star is too much credit. I took my wife's vehicle in for a recall. They say that they can't get to it until next Year. So we ask for a loaner or rental. They tell us to check with head quarters, Head quarters say check with dealer. Back and forth. Manager gets attitude and say take it somewhere else but I was already told from previous recall to bring it there when we start having problems, which we did.
The worst customer service from **** dealer ship. Started on July 30th 2022. From start to finish with vehicle. Sales person, Finance manager, Sales manager to GM. had an appointment for 2PM to close a sale with finance. took 5.5Hrs to finish transaction. Car was damage in transportation sales manager advise me to take the delivery today ( Saturday ) and Monday he will call collusion ****** on Monday and have my in for repair and will provide loaner. The customer service received from the sales clerk, sales manager and general manager has been we'll below my expectations, which were not very high to begin with. I was sold a dirty vehicle and was told they would fix the issue. They did not. Theyve not been corresponding with me in regards to my reimbursements that were promised. I was not contacted in regard to my requests to return the vehicle and now they feel justified because I have left them negative reviews. I purchased a cat from this dealership not knowing that the vehicle had front end damage until I went to go trade the car and couldn't. I went to talk to the sales manager and he keeps saying it nothing reported to Carfax when I have the proof of the report. Never shop with them they are a scam dealership.
You know... Every time I see a piece of mail or email from AutoNation **** Union City I feel disrespected and it literally ruins my day and makes me wish I could go back in time to make sure I have never done business with them. Im furious with Autonation **** Union City, Ga for selling me a 08 ************** and they knew the transmission was on the way out. I had purchased this vehicle on the 4th of November after trading in a 08 Dodge Ram 4 dr **** ran solid NO TRANS problems NO ENGINE problems. Drove it one week and had to go the hospital for 2 weeks right after getting it.
