I made an appointment expecting to get new tires and an oil change. They didn’t get to my vehicle for two days. They called me and said I had a bent wheel and they needed to order the part. The new tires plus the alignment (which shouldn’t cost extra given the all new tires situation), the oil change and a new wheel cost a little over $1800 (I chose the cheapest tires they had for my vehicle). I got my vehicle 4 days later and left with a car that was making a noise it wasn’t making before.
The service team at Gene Butman is excellent. Dominic is awesome and I would recommend them highly. Thank you all for many years of great service.
