If I could give this shop a 100 gold stars I would. First I'm a woman, shops usually talk down to us. Not here, they were very kind, supportive and on the up and up at all times. I had no fear with my classic car being in their hands. You say Transmission you're talking money, whether it be a fluid change or transmission work. I promise you, you will get the best deal here, they go above and beyond with their work. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, this is your one-stop shop. S.Howard

Got a referral from a family member who said he's been dealing with them for a while. From the jump steven was really open and honest about helping me out. Towed me in the middle of night which really helped me out. My 2008 Camaro was slipping and I had taken it to another place that totally got the diagnosis wrong. After repairing they rode with me for a test drive and it performed fantastically and the washed it to my surprise. I highly recommend them if you want great service and great communication. -JP

I had a car I bought from Drive Time which was falling apart and Steve was amazing he dealt with DriveTime and helped me get the car repaired and helped get them to pay for part of it. He really went above and beyond. He was thorough in the inspection of my car, he made sure to explain to me any repairs and never seemed bothered by all my phone calls. I just moved to San Antonio from New Jersey and when I got here and tried to pass inspection I ]found out my emergency brake was not working. A friend of mine took me to Bert's Gene Brownn because she said they were the best. Well I took my car there and they told me the repair would cost about $800. San Antonio transmission repair shops should all hope to be as good as this one. These guys are fantastic!! I was impressed with the service that I received here, and will be a life long customer. I was suprised to find out that that they also do all types of automotive repair and air conditioning too. It is nice to have a great place to take my vehicles to for transmission and auto repair in san antonio that can handle all of my repair needs.
