Back a few years ago, I had my van taken in to have some front end work done. Cost almost $900 and 2 weeks later we brought it back in for making the same noise. They send us on our way again and months later it started again! We didn’t have the money to take off work again to put the car back in their shop, that’s even if they were willing to fix their mistake again. He called me to spend a lot of money all because he didn't use endurance to help pay for the mechanic bill divide I thought he had it covered but he never called very simple person
Do not recommend this garage. My brothers truck has been in this shop for 10 months and still is not fixed. The truck was taken in to have the heads replaced in mid 2023, we were quoted $5500 however when the job was "complete" in Sept 2023 the cost went up to $6500. We paid in full however the day the truck was picked up it broke down on the interstate and was leaking oil. The oil pan was completely drained. The truck had to be towed back to Gene Bills where it was determined that the mechanic failed to put the necessary sc... read more
