I am a tenant under this company. While their handyman kevin is good at his job, they are extremely non-communicative when it comes to issues. When they first became property managers for my apartment they told me to call the Resident Center app company to fix the issue I was having paying rent. That’s not my job! Warning to Renters- Avoid Gendrons Property Management it is not worth the hassle. Based on my experience, I strongly warn potential renters to avoid any buildings or units managed by Gendrons Property Management.
