Kyle is great. His communication skills are amazing not just with me as an owner, but even with a specific tenant that was a bit difficult to communicate with. I actually had two property managers, but decided to go separate ways with the other property manager and have Kyle's company manage all of my units due to his professionalism, communication, and how he always gets an issue resolved. I strongly recommend Kyle and his company.

I am a tenant under this company. While their handyman kevin is good at his job, they are extremely non-communicative when it comes to issues. When they first became property managers for my apartment they told me to call the Resident Center app company to fix the issue I was having paying rent. That’s not my job! Desperate, I still called them and they directly told me the property management company has to call them. Also, I have had issues with them turning off the heat.
