It was a pleasure dealing with Gendron's Gutter Co. in both the purchase and installation of quality gutters for our home in Dothan, AL. The owner, Marc Gendron and his son provided us with a reasonable quote and then followed through with a professional installation of the gutters (i.e., seamless aluminum gutters w/downspouts, gutter screens, and splash shields). Excellent job!
All around fantastic,,,best quality gutter company around, explained everything to me about what I would be getting and was very pleasent to to be around, the owner and his son where both very polite and even worked with me on the pricing and how we would do it all to make it look best...Arrived quick and exactly when they said they would and had the job done by the end of the day! All around excellent! I would recommend them before any other company around.
The owner started off very professional and then he went down hill. The owner couldn't remember my name and started calling me baby or honey of which I did not appreciate. Then upon instillation of the gutters, his employees gave me a option to pay now or the owner would send me a bill with an invoice. Since I had not received an invoice at this point and I needed to run to the bank for a check (really a money order), I asked for them to please send a bill and invoice.
