Poor support for the online orders. I placed an order online and right after i realized i missed the unit number. They listed the contact number for support in their website but that never works. I sent email in less than one hour after i placed order but they didn’t respond till next day noon to say order was dispatched from their end. Further they keep making lies that order was shipped on Monday morning however i placed at Monday around 2pm. Amazing place! It’s suit 200. Check out their smoke bombs for any occasion…They have so many colors to choose from. Highly recommend!! Lets support small local businesses :)
My wife left work early to get here before the store closed because of their ridiculous hours. She was there 30 min before closing time and there wasn’t a sole running the place. If you publish online you are open until 3 it is expected that you are open until 3. Absolutely horrible way to treat customers.
