Really helpful supportive professionals
Horrible wait times. Lying about wait times from staff. Disrespectful towards trans people who don't conform to gender stereotypes
This so-called service is a disgrace. Been on the waiting list for over 2 years and heard nothing back. Supposedly they don't even handle their own waiting list and have no idea what the waiting time might be, so I have no understanding of the referral process or when I might even have my first appointment.
Christina Richards (Gender Care now) abused me at every appointment. She misdiagnosed me and drove me to suicide telling me "I will personally make sure you never receive any help at this or any other gender clinic" (Witnessed by Sarah Murjan). My autistic literal thinking brain believed her, so I hurt myself permanently.
Really nice and offers good support. Not a fan of the whole 12 months on blockers before HRT thing though
