This school is great, I drive from Wilson 3 times a week to attend because what I get out of it is worth the hour drive. Both of my parents were martial artists so I have been into and loved the arts since I was a child. I have studied TKD, Shotokan, Jujitsu, Kickboxing, and Kung Fu. Me, I study the arts for self defense, to defend the life of my friends and family and here I get the added tools to do that. Best self-defense school around. 100% reality based. A must for people wanting to learn to defend themselves.

The mixture of types of activities, (conditioning, martial arts techniques, and real life defense scenarios), are great. The mix of activities provide for an excellent hour and a half workout several times a week. The training provides my children with a knowledge that can be used, if they need to defend themselves in a real life environment.
