For a company about "communication solutions," their phone system certainly SUCKS. The phone rings and rings. No one ever answers. But, every four rings, you have to press the 0 button on your phone or it will just stop ringing and keep you on hold forever. There isn't even an option to leave a message. Is this what they believe is an effective communication solution? This does not inspire confidence.
For 20 years this has been my go to place to pick up audiovisual equipment. Seems like once a week I'm getting a truckload of stuff from this great company. If you're really lucky you'll catch the owner in the office. He gives out free hugs.
Extremely professional staff, probably one of the best interviews I have ever experienced.
