Great supplier! We have used for years. Genco has a great selection of marine vinyls and automotive upholstery. Orders are always ready when we pick up and the owner, Gene and his family are always willing to help us.
Genco has been supplying my shop since 1990. They have free delivery to my area and always have a fully supplied truck. Harvey is great to work with and the office is always prompt and efficent with my orders. Highly recommend!
Genco has provided us with exceptional service over the years! We have purchased off the truck and also have orders shipped weekly. We have done 2 churches with their Sherpa/Shire contract tweed and our customers were highly satisfied.
Friendly customer service. Morgan was so helpful in getting us set up and answering our questions. They also have a truck that delivers for free every 6 weeks at no charge and the drive David is very nice.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews here. I ordered more than $250 in supplies from Genco this week as a first-time customer and experienced a glitch with the website (charged my card twice, but gave me a page of code and only one email confirmation of my order later). When I called to request them to remove the charge, they did immediately, but sounded put out to have to be bothered with it. Horrible customer service. They don't provide a name so you don't know who you're talking to. And they put the blame on their clients for an order that is wrong. Defensive staff and they are incredibly rude.
This company is already more expensive than any other company I have ordered from but on top of that the website is very horrible when it comes to describing their products. They don’t give any details of their products which makes it very easy to order the wrong thing. Their products have no description. Then when I called them about it the woman on the other line, named Ashley, had a very bad attitude when speaking to you. Not friendly at all. Just ugly!
