After having purchased a home built by Cameron and his team, (2020) I can honestly say that his service to an existing client is non existent. I have been more than patient asking Cameron to fix Major water defects with the building ( I’ve been asking for 3 years) but to no avail. Not only does he ignore my phone calls, texts & emails, he most recently told me that he is too busy to do any warranty work so advised me to put in a complaint to QBCC. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Genco recently completed our custom home, a 4 storey beachside architecturally designed project & delivered above and beyond our expectations. A great builder who is attentive to detail, honest, transparent and delivered on time. We were truely delighted with our experience with the Genco team and will use them again.
Great experience! Cameron was professional and knowledgeable with a 'can-do' attitude. Our kitchen and bathrooms were designed exactly to our spec and the final result was better than imagined! He has a tool/resource for every detail, no matter how big/small. Nothing too difficult, no question unanswered. I wouldn't hesitate to get a quote for work in the future!
