My experience with GenCare has been very positive. The staff has been wonderful, friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. They have been responsive and helpful, making the transition easy. The residents seem engaged, happy. They have reached out to my mom often and have made an effort to make her feel welcome. The facility itself is lovely and has a nice feel.
This past January I moved one of our family members to Peak at GenCare Pt Rustin, that’s the memory care. I am so extremely pleased with the care She’s receiving. The director of Peak, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure she is as comfortable as she can be at this stage of here life. She is treated with dignity and met where she is. Even though she isn’t able to participate in certain projects, she is always included. I am So happy to have found GenCare, they are truly the best!
As we here at Timberline Legal Services help elderly clients in Gig Harbor, sometimes we need to place them in a care facility. Gencare has become the "go-to" facility for our law business, as they are second to none. The words that come to mind when I think of our experience with Gencare at Point Ruston are: remarkable, outstanding, wonderful, accommodating, caring. We had a very short turnaround time to move a family member into memory care, and the staff at Gencare really came through for us by staying late so that the unit could be ready to occupy very quickly.
