Nice office, nicer people! Ribbon transforms the networks of the worlds' largest carriers and enterprises. They sell IP Routers, Optical transport routers and SBCs.
Service was not good, the place is understaffed.
Watch Out! If you purchase used equipment made by Ribbon or any of the companies it has acquired, be prepared to also purchase a Service Contract from Ribbon if you want to get ANY user documentation (PDF docments), guides etc. for installing, configuring or operating the equipment. They WILL NOT let you get any documentation without purchasing support.
