Horrible office management. They didn't properly document a payment from insurance, waited 14 months to send a generic bill with no explanation and ONE week later turn my husband over to a collection agency for a debt that wasn't his. They didn't even let the ink dry from the time they first send a bill before doing that. They even sent the bill to my husband when it was my debt but no indication of who or what it was for. Unethical and unprofessional! I have been with Samuel Bollwinkel who is amazing for over 30 years at his dental practice. He is an amazing dentist and doesn't just leave! | was completely blind sided by a new doctor I did not sign on for and he put a hole in my front tooth. I went from no problems to a list of dental problems! The problem is the bad business of your company! This dental group is awful and all they want to do is break your teeth and charge your insurance. Do not sign on to this practice you will be sorry. I h... read more
