Horrible office management. They didn't properly document a payment from insurance, waited 14 months to send a generic bill with no explanation and ONE week later turn my husband over to a collection agency for a debt that wasn't his. They didn't even let the ink dry from the time they first send a bill before doing that. They even sent the bill to my husband when it was my debt but no indication of who or what it was for.
