Very professional. Explained everything very well and they did the work thoroughly and quickly.
Good customer service for setting up an appointment. Was able to send someone out to me next day. My technician was Magic Mel, and he was great. He did a thorough check of the HVAC and shared what he was doing. He also shared where he thought issues with my AC unit could be. He offered what could be quick option he could do while he was there for a suspected leak as the refrigerant was low. I wanted to hear other options, which he shared.
