My heater was not working and Paul came to inspect what was going on with the heater. He was polite and friendly. He examine the thermostat and the heating system to check if anything was disconnected. My thermostat was disconnected but my problem was beyond that. He took the time explained the heating system (very old and ancient). He was not able to do repairs the system need to be replaced. This morning I had Terrell from Gen 3 Electric come out to do a service appointment on my Tesla charger. He greeted me with a smile and great attitude. He was detained in his work and was quick to get it completed. After the work was done he checked back with me to make sure his work was satisfactory. It was nice working with Terrell and thank you Gen 3 for sending out the right guy.
The technician provided useful information/choices for the install, then installed lights into a plaster ceiling, making minimal holes to run the lines, did a good patching job, helped move large items out of the way, protected things with drop cloths, cleaned up the debris. Andrew was courteous, conversational, & professional.
Andrew/Drew delivered courteous, professional service. He answered all of my questions. Explained what work needed to be done, to complete the project. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and explained the estimates and options. He is an Excellent person to represent and work for your company. I appreciate Andrew coming out on a Saturday to give an estimate.
