Gen X Plumbing called me to schedule a next day appt. The next day, they called to reschedule due to “an emergency leak” and asked to schedule for the same time a couple of days later and never showed up. Upon calling their number, the man said that they had changed their mind about taking care of my plumbing needs. Buyer beware. They obviously don’t mind wasting customer time and making empty promises.
