I was hoping for a thorough and efficient water extraction process, which is exactly what I got when they arrived promptly and worked steadily for several hours to remove all moisture from the affected areas. Their equipment was modern and effective, and by the end of the visit, everything was thoroughly dried out to my satisfaction.
Neutralized smoke odors effectively.
I was apprehensive at first that the odor would remain after cleanup, but they got it out completely within two days. They used sophisticated equipment and followed up to guarantee it didn't come back which I appreciated.
The problem was chronic smoke odours in the walls and after intensive treatment over two afternoons, the odour was greatly diminished. We had to have them come back for a few locations but the techs were careful to take care of every concern we had.
I was apprehensive about how much of a mess would be left to clean up, but the staff was great and did it all. They were in and out in less than a week and documented every step. What I really liked was how detailed they were with residual scents, which I have had trouble with other services in the past.
