If it was possible I would give them no stars. We arrived when they were not supposed to be busy. They had 1 table with any guests when we walked in. We stood around at the front for 10 min before anyone even came to see what we wanted. It was me, my wife and our toddler. The hoast, asked us to wait for a moment as they cleared a table. WHAT TABLE, EVERY TABLE WAS EMPTY. 20 min later we walked out, never even got seated when they had no one else to serve. Don't waste your time or money here...

I had a really frustrating experience at Gen Korean BBQ. I bought a digital gift card thinking it would be convenient, but when I got to the restaurant, they told me they don’t accept digital gift cards anymore. There was no clear warning when I purchased it, so it felt misleading and honestly like a waste of money. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They asked multiple times if I was okay with my table. They explained the menu very well and offered multiple options based off my preferences. The wait times were extremely short from ordering to receiving the actual dishes. Shawn was very helpful and quick with cleaning up dishes as they were emptied. He even asked how I was doing cause he thought I looked down. I was just wrapped up in YT videos. Overall great experience and would recommend this place to friends and family.
